We gladly accept returns for unworn products in their original condition and packaging. You now have an extended window of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To start the process, please contact our customer service team to receive the return address. Kindly note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Returns are usually processed within 24 hours upon receiving the product. Should you have any inquiries, don't hesitate to reach out to us via email or our contact page. We're here to assist you.
Once your return has been processed, we will notify you regarding the refund status. The payment will be returned to your original method of payment, which may take up to 10 days depending on your provider.

🔧 What if My Order Arrived with a Fault? If your item arrives with a fault, please promptly inform our customer service team on the day of delivery. You can do so via the Contact Page or by emailing us at info@verressen.com, providing your order number, full name, and detailed photos of the damage. Including any relevant written details will help us expedite a resolution.
🚚 Problems with Delivery: VERRESSEN cannot be held responsible for parcels that have been misdelivered or left in an insecure location upon request. If you encounter a missing order, please report it to us via email at info@verressen.com. We kindly ask for your patience as we wait for 20 working days from the date of dispatch (allow 25 working days for international items) to elapse before we can process refunds or replacements. After this period, we will take steps to replace the missing order.
🌐 Local Customs Duty/Tax Fees: Please be aware that we are not responsible for additional import or custom fees associated with your order. If you're uncertain, we recommend visiting your local government's website for information regarding customs and taxes. For our UK customers, please note that there are no customs fees.
